jeetbala Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jeetbala ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jeetbala website, mobile interface, sportsbook, casino games, payment services, promotional offers, and all related features and functionalities (collectively, "the Services"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the jeetbala platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not use the Services. jeetbala reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page. Continued use of the Services following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms are written in English and apply to all players accessing jeetbala from Bangladesh, including players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional materials or other communications, these Terms shall prevail.

jeetbala operates as a safe and reliable online gaming platform. The Platform does not accept wagers from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Services is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering an account or placing any wager.

Minimum Age: Use of jeetbala is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. jeetbala takes the protection of minors extremely seriously and will take all reasonable steps to prevent underage gambling.

jeetbala reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any Player at any time. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or any other government-issued identification. If a Player is unable or unwilling to provide satisfactory proof of age, jeetbala may suspend the account and withhold any funds in the balance pending verification.

Eligibility Requirements: In addition to the minimum age requirement, you are eligible to use the Services only if all of the following conditions are met:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are acting as an individual on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or trustee of a third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, contractor, or close associate of jeetbala or any of its affiliated entities.
• You do not hold more than one active account on jeetbala.
• Your account has not previously been suspended or permanently closed by jeetbala for any reason.
• You are accessing the Services voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes.

To access the full range of Services offered by jeetbala, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.

One Account Policy: Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one jeetbala account. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jeetbala employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be suspended and any associated balances and pending bonuses will be voided.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jeetbala username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jeetbala will treat any activity carried out using your account credentials as activity authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact support at jeetbala immediately.

jeetbala strongly recommends that you use a strong, unique password for your account and enable any additional security features made available by the Platform from time to time. You should log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jeetbala may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawal requests or at any time at the Platform's discretion. KYC verification may require submission of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (NID, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of the bKash or Nagad account registered in your name).

Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension. jeetbala processes KYC documentation in a timely manner and will notify you of the outcome via your registered email address.

All financial transactions on jeetbala are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jeetbala supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, and major card networks (Visa, Mastercard). The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction.
• Deposits are processed instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used.
• jeetbala does not charge any processing fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• jeetbala reserves the right to request evidence that a deposited payment method is registered in the Player's name prior to processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any pending KYC requirements.
• jeetbala may delay or decline a withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification or investigation of irregular account activity.
• Players must ensure that all active wagering requirements (where applicable) are met before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be processed.

All sports betting and casino gaming activity on jeetbala is subject to the specific rules applicable to the event, market, or game in question. These rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall apply to that particular activity.

Sports Betting

jeetbala offers pre-match and live in-play betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals) and other sports. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the wager is confirmed. Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation.
• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• jeetbala reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced where live data indicates the bet was placed after the relevant event occurred.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform.
• jeetbala does not guarantee the availability of any particular market at any particular time.
• Minimum and maximum bet stakes apply per market and may vary. These are displayed within the betting interface.

Casino Games

Casino games available on jeetbala are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. All games use certified RNG technology or, in the case of live dealer games, operate via real-time video stream with trained dealers. The rules for each individual game are available within the game interface.

• The Platform does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game or live dealer table.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, all affected wagers for the relevant round will be voided and stakes returned to Players.
• jeetbala is not responsible for any loss resulting from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules. Players are encouraged to review the rules panel within each game before wagering.

jeetbala may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, deposit match offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds are credited to your account separately from your real-money balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for bonus funds is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 must be wagered ৳30,000 in total before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• jeetbala reserves the right to withdraw any bonus from a Player's account if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing hedged bets to guarantee withdrawal of bonus funds, or exploiting a technical error in the Platform's bonus system.
• Bonus offers are available to eligible Bangladesh-based Players and may be subject to expiry dates. Unclaimed or unmet bonus funds that exceed their expiry date will be removed from the account without notice.
• jeetbala reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

As a registered Player on jeetbala, you agree to use the Services honestly, lawfully, and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or support interaction.
• Using the Services in connection with any unlawful activity, including money laundering, fraud, or the funding of criminal enterprises.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the jeetbala platform, software, or game systems.
• Using automated betting scripts, bots, AI-assisted wagering tools, or any software that provides an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, particularly live poker or live game shows, to manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform's software or odds for financial gain. Any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided.
• Attempting to use stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods to fund your account.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening jeetbala staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Creating or operating more than one player account simultaneously.

jeetbala employs fraud detection, behaviour analysis, and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where a violation is detected, jeetbala may take any combination of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the account, void all pending and settled wagers, forfeit the account balance, and report the conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your jeetbala account at any time by contacting support at jeetbala. Upon receipt of a closure request, jeetbala will process any eligible outstanding withdrawals before closing the account. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened upon written request, subject to re-verification of identity.

Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may request a self-exclusion period through jeetbala's Responsible Gaming tools. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be restricted from all betting and casino activity, and marketing communications will be suspended. Platform-Initiated Suspension: jeetbala reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 18.
• Discovery that the account holder is a current or former employee of jeetbala or an affiliated entity.
• Receipt of a legal or regulatory instruction requiring the account to be restricted or closed.

In the event of a platform-initiated closure due to a breach of these Terms, jeetbala reserves the right to forfeit the account balance. Where a closure is initiated for reasons unrelated to a breach (for example, a regulatory instruction), eligible funds will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any required verification.

These Terms & Conditions were last updated in January 2026. jeetbala reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
